When I read the title of your piece, I just could not force myself to read it. Maybe it's the generation gap thing, but Britney Spears is not attractive to me in any way whatsoever, including as the subject of a writing! Now if I were your age, I'm sure she would be more appealing! Interestingly, I went to a nursing home today to visit with a church member. I was walking down the hallway, and I noticed an elderly man in a wheelchair. He had that familiar distant look in his eyes. I noticed his head popped up, and interest appeared in his face and expression, and his eyes were suddenly clear and riveted. I looked behind me and saw an attractive young lady. I really don't like Britney's music or voice ...but weirdly I don't think she's that horrible. She's not the type of person I'd want to be friends with but I think she has this weird onscreen charm. And she's not a total stick figure. "Will and Grace" is great, I've watched a few episodes on VHS (all they had at the video store) but I haven't watched it in a loooong time. My favorite episode ever was where Jack has that Cher doll and they're in a fancy restaurant ... and he gives the Cher doll her own seat ... then the real Cher comes in and Jack doesn't think its her ... ah man good episode XD |
